Dean Sebata has a Bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from Southern California Institute of Technology. A Certified Medical Device Auditor, with years of experience specializing in medical device Quality and regulatory compliance audits. His passion for quality and love for community brings him to Set Apart Global Ministries where his heart lights up to see the younger generation Succeed all round. 

Dean Sebata is a dedicated operations and quality leader with a passion for community empowerment and nonprofit impact. In his volunteer role at Set Apart Global Ministries, Dean provides strategic support in organizational development, communications, and program execution. He authors and refines key ministry materials including donor letters, standard operating procedures, newsletters, and multimedia content to ensure clear mission alignment and professional quality.

Collaborating closely with executive leadership and emerging managers, Dean helps shape curriculum and strategic initiatives that advance the organization’s goals of faith-based youth mentorship and community outreach. He also coordinates cross-functional efforts and provides operational oversight across programs that support the ministry’s diverse initiatives.

Beyond operational leadership, Dean is committed to youth development. He mentors young people, encouraging personal growth, accountability, and leadership and helping guide them toward productive, positive engagement in their communities.
